Main Objective of Role:
To provide end user IT Support services to our two Russian office end users and to assist Global IT in progressing on IT projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical IT support to the two Russia offices (Moscow / Yaroslav) during working hours.
Work closely with Global IT and ensure information is well communicated to end users.
Follow strictly the group’s norms and standards. In terms of support and asset management.
Perform daily checks and raise alerts to Global IT.
Ensure the ticketing system is up to date.
Built, maintain and adapt user guide from Global IT to Russia users.
Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate team members.
Assist in system administration tasks within the corporate infrastructure as needed:
ESXI server physical maintenance;
Switch maintenance and administration when required;
Network cabinet maintenance;
Installation of network / IT appliances when necessary.
Be ready to switch between offices when required in order to resolve issues.
Assist in administration of local Russia software (e.g 1c).
Assist in Global IT projects.
Assist in local IT procurement exercises.
Be responsible for the proper management of IT Assets.
Work closely with Global IT to ensure backup verifications are executed properly.
To inform Global IT of any local IT projects that may require network or infrastructure modifications.
Qualification / Skills / Experience:
Diploma in IT or any other relevant qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in IT Support role.
Knowledge in installation, operation, troubleshooting and management of Windows, MACOs, iOS, Android devices.
Had a similar role in supporting end users.
Be able to deliver autonomously when working from home and maintain good attitude when among team.
Should be a good Team player.
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Other written and spoken languages will be a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft systems in general would be a plus (Active Directory / Office365/Windows Server 2012 – 2019).
Experience in network and server administration.
