Responsibilities:
Analyzing and resolving issues that occur in the processing system and related software.
Conducting negotiations with processing vendors.
Collaborating with other teams to address work-related issues and find timely and accurate solutions.
Documenting the schema and operational principles of existing systems as well as newly created products.
Performing administrative tasks related to the operating system.
Testing and implementing system enhancements.
Requirements:
Education: bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Mathematic or other relevant field.
Work experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in Tieto Card suite.
License / Certificate: Banking/Card systems certificate (preferable).
Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate), Russian (upper-intermediate).
Computer Skills: Linux/Windows, Development/Scripting skills.
Product Knowledge: Tieto Card suite software in depth knowledge; Integration between Core (Bank ABS) and Card systems.
Market Knowledge: Card systems and Payment systems.
Other: A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment. Good analytical skills.
